Open it and drag Pinrail to Applications. Signed and notarized by Apple.

On ARM64 the files are pinrail-app-aarch64.AppImage, pinrail-app-arm64.deb and pinrail-app-aarch64.rpm, each named as its system names the architecture. uname -m prints yours.
